I want to help you with the difficulties, changes or just plain ups and downs of life. I can help whether your struggles are emotional or physical. I am a licensed counselor with experience working with adults, older or younger, caregivers, adolescents and older children. I believe strongly in the relationship formed with each client. I use primarily Cognitive Behavioral techniques. I have specific experience in chronic mental and physical illness, depression, anxiety, anger, bi-polar, adjustment problems, ADHD/ADD, parenting issues, Hospice caregiver care, and grief. Together, with hard work, we can work for positive changes in your life.
