Pathways Behavioral Services
Younger patients may be deemed appropriate for admission to Pathways if they require major assistance with daily living activities and/or are considered to be severely cognitively impaired. Discharge planning includes placement and follow-up care as deemed necessary by the multidisciplinary team and plan of care.
Rehabilitation Services
Offering comprehensive, multidisciplinary rehabilitation treatment. Clinical teams are available at ourĀ acute care hospital campus, our outpatient facility and The Rehab Center to accommodate patients needing individual or multiple therapies in one visit. Available treatment options include:
